Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy dictates the refund provisions we have for our customers. We expect our freelance experts (you) to abide by this policy. We act as the middleman between you (the freelancer) and our customers.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website to our customers. If our customers are not satisfied with the product or service that you have provided, then they are eligible for money back after confirmation on the verification of issues that have occurred. The customers are eligible for a full reimbursement only if following criteria are met:

  • You have not completed your work as per the specification you received
  • You have missed customer’s deadline for the submission
  • The customer received fail grade on the work provided by you

We constantly encourage our customers to verify the documents in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it is as per the specifications you provided. If our customers ask for additional support in the project that was not clarified initially, then it is up to you to honor the request and it will not fall in the purview of refund eligibility.

However, if the work provided by your falls within the purview of the three points mentioned above, then we initiate the refund to our customers, and we expect you to comply by the same. Payment that will be made to you in the end of the month will reflect the reduced payment due to such deductions.
